I have been managing projects all my life. Execution is just another way to say: Get Stuff Done.

I am formally trained in PRINCE2, the prevalent project management approach in Europe.

Whirlpool Corporation also trained me in their internal methodology "Concept2Consumer", or C2C. I used that tool for every project executed in Whirlpool.

As a business owner, I also had to deal with the operational side of things. Here, I found "Getting Things Done" by Dave Allen to be indispensable.

I took great pleasure in reading "Execution" by Jack Welsh and more recently, Liker's "The Toyota Way", which is just an awe-inspiring book.
