DiSC is a personality assessment tool that our unit undertook in 2003. I am not sure about its uses compared to MBTI and Enneagram (it is not really actionable), but is very popular in US-American management, so here you go. I certainly tells you a bit about my behavior in an organization.
 | | Internal Profile My internal profile is the reflection of my true behaviors and desires. This occurs outside the work environment or when I am pressured. | External Profile This profile was my adaptation to what I thought my context would perceive as ideal: the adaptation to the reward system in place. | | | Summary Profile This describes my likely normal behavior, which is a summary of the internal and external pattern. | Shift Pattern Here you can see where I adapted the most. I emphasised Compliance and de-emphasised Influence and Steadiness. |
I am a "Driving Communicator". My primary traits are "Active" and "Open". Here is a description of this style: - Overview: Friendly, Sociable, Expressive, Assertive
- Values: Attention (and Results)
- Seeks: Approval (and Power)
- Avoids: Isolation (and Weakness)
- Pressure Response: Attacks (may also Dictate)
- Approach: Friendly, Open
- Strategy: People (also responds to Power)
