"During the week of June 28 employees in every region of Whirlpool had an opportunity to recognize a manager they have reported to who is an example of leadership excellence. There were six categories through which managers could be recognized.

These included:

• Engaging People Around the Whirlpool Strategy

• Overall Leadership of People

There is no higher honor than being recognized and appreciated by the people you lead. You were recognized by one person of Whirlpool in one of the above categories.
