Challenge: Accelerate a new digital offering into the retail channels in USA, UK and Italy. Achievements: No formal departmental budget, only one employee: this was a big challenge from a management perspective. I got this position to the point where we had secured the go-ahead for launch preparations (which normally within Whirlpool means you are going).
